Pleasantly Surprised,

This review is from: Casio CS-65 Privia Keyboard Stand for Casio PX-110, PX-120, PX-310 and PX-320 (Electronics)
I picked up a Casio PX-200 a few months ago but found myself not using it as much because I did not have a stand which was secure enough to hold the piano in place. The original plan was to use a small table but that idea went out the window once I received my Casio PX-200 and realized how wide the piano was. So I decided I should purchase a stand. I first decided I would purchase an X style stand but my wife and I have an infant who likes to touch everything in the house and knock things over so I was worried this would not be safe for my child. I did not want to pay so much money for a stand but in the end, I decided better safe than sorry so I saved up money and finally picked up the Casio CS-65 stand. Boy and I sure glad I did.
My Casio PX-200 has two covers on each side which comes off easily by simply removing a couple of screws on each side and pull off the covers. Once you do this, you simply then mount it the each side of the stand and put the screws back on so that it secure. The instructions were easy to follow. After I finished putting the stand together, I brought my son into the office and we let him go at it. He could not knock it down. It was pretty secure, even with him leaning against it. He enjoys playing the piano all the time now. My digital piano looks great with this stand and I am not worried about my son getting hurt. Pros: -Secure -Makes the digital keyboard look fancy Cons: -Since the piano is screwed to each side of the stands, this means your digital piano is no longer portable. If you plan on travling with your digital piano, this is not the stand for you. -Much more expensive than an X stand Overall, I would highly recommend this if you have a compatible digital piano from Casio. I wish Casio did not charge so much for this stand but I don't regret my purchase at call.

I highly suggest you buy the stand for your Casio PX110. I was really happy with the product I got for $100. It's packaged very well and is very easy to assemble. It is TAILOR MADE to fit with your casio PX110, as it literally attaches to each side of your keyboard, becoming one solid and functional unit. It's just what we needed. If you're using your keyboard on a table or one of those cheap X-braces that you can't get your knees under, then upgrade to this stand immediately!

Bought this stand for my son's keyboard and it's ok. As my title states, it serves its purpose. Just a tad wobbly, but I guess that's expected because it holds just a keyboard.
I really don't like that fact that you have to screw in the keyboard, but I guess that helps to maintain stability. Plus, because the keyboard has the earphone jack in the back, you can't sit it flush to the wall, unless you don't use the earphones (which my son does because it's too loud otherwise. BUT that doesn't have to do with the stand. Good product overall -- would definitely recommend!

I just can't imagine not having a proper stand for my privia 120.
The keyboard fits perfectly and I've added a 3 pedal unit. So far so good after a year.

This makes my Previa keyboard look really good. However, it's built to be screwed right onto the keyboard, not for a keyboard to sit in. When assembled, it is too tight to fit the keyboard, and so the panels have to be rigged in resulting in bent plastic parts and screws showing.

This stand is very easy to assembly and you need only a Philips screwdriver to set it up.
It gives a great look for the Piano and is much more secure than the X type of stands. I think it was a great acquisition. The only drawback is that you lose the possibility to carry it on. You'll need to disassembly it.

We bought the Casio PX120 Privia digital piano for our 6 year old daughter. This stand was the perfect addition, giving the keyboard a real piano look. It is stationary and stable which is outstanding for my busy 2 year old son! I love the classy look (and it's black colored so it matches our bench), size (small and lightweight) and it was very easy to put together - perfect piano and stand for our beginner and the whole family!

There isn't really much to say except that this is a perfect stand for PX200. I think it also works for some of the other digital piano in the series--so check the description. It does work with PX200, that's the one thing I know.
Hmm, I guess I could talk about the color. Yes, it looks nice with the piano I have. I like the dark color. It also was not hard to put together. If you are thinking about getting an x-stand, you probably should not, and then get this one instead since you will have space for your legs under the piano. The height also seems perfect. Again, a good stand for PX-200. I cannot imagine my piano without it.

I ordered this stand for my Casio PX310 piano. Before buying the piano, I thought I would just put it on a desk/table and not bother with the stand. However, I decided to get the stand and I'm SO glad that I did! The stand is customized to fit the PX310 exactly, and now when I sit at my keyboard it feels like I'm sitting at a regular piano (correct height, very stable, etc.) If you are spending the $$ on the keyboard, I highly recommend you get the stand as well!

I was hoping for a simple table for my daughter's Privia. The box arrived quickly. Inside the box were the sides of the table made of particle board. It quickly became clear that a major project was in store to put it together. The instructions came in multiple languages -- the English bit did not seem to help much. The table screws into the Privia (major negative). I finally gave up and sent the box back. It was even hard to get the parts back in the shipping container!
