The Casio PCR-T465 personal cash register offers 96 department/category reporting, 1,000 PLUs, and 25 programmable clerk codes. It features both operator and customer displays, plus fast, thermal alphanumeric receipt printing that can even include your customized logo.

A large, heavy-duty lockable drawer accommodates cash, checks, and credit card receipts, and an auxiliary drawer provides backup space for other items. The PCR-T465 offers easy, drop-in loading for standard 58 mm thermal paper rolls. Additional features include an electronic journal, four tax tables, automatic time and date advance, calculator and merchandise subtotal functions, and on-demand program help.

Product Description

This 96 department cash register has 1000 pricelookups and 25 clerk totals. Includes a fast thermal alphanumeric printer that prints descriptors and receipt logo messages. Features an electronic journal, drop in paper loading, a twoline alphanumeric operator display and a large cash drawer with media slot and auxiliary drawer. There are no ink ribbons to replace. Uses 58 mm thermal paper.

This cash register is really great for my retail store. Not only does it save me ink (because it uses thermal paper) it prints VERY professional looking receipts!

Definatly would reccomend this cash register to anyone looking for a easy to use, yet professional looking receipt printer.

Only thing is, theres a LOT of steps to go through to set it up, BUT it's worth it. THey are easy to follow steps, so don't worry!

Plus, there's a phone number which you can call and they will help you out step-by-step how to set your cash register up!

After replacing our old Casio cash register (10+ years old) with this model, we've been very satisfied. This model is relatively simple to program, easy to load receipt paper, and the receipt item printouts are customizable. It's a very flexible machine, and with a little initial work, can make life easy. The reporting functions are extensive, even including month-by-month breakdowns of sales. Would have liked a heavier cash drawer, and the bill hold-down levers are somewhat cheaply made, but don't look like they are in immediate danger of breaking. Overall, happy with this purchase. Four stars out of five, as there are limitations (not serious ones, like item name length and lack of total programming ease) that are not justifiable given the state of modern technology. This, however, applies to most cash registers, and we found this machine to be easier than others.

For the price this is a good buy, has more features than others. You can customize the top and bottom of the receipt with your business info and return policy.
