The watch is prettier in person than on the site. The stainless/black/pale pink color combo makes it feel modern and cool, while the hint of pink on the face makes it just feminine enough. I have to agree with the other reviews about the fact that the time can be difficult to see from certain angles. The numbers are silvery against a frosty pink background, so the effect is a bit like looking at a message written on your bathroom mirror after it gets all fogged up by your hot shower. Very cool, but just like a message on a mirror, it can be a bit hard to see unless your eyes are looking at it pretty much straight on. For me, the effect is worth having to tilt my wrist to the right angle, but not everyone will think so. The watch is also a good size for me (I'm on the tall side, and some women's watches are just too dainty, but men's are too clunky). This watch is replacing an old casio Baby-G Shock that I had for years and never gave me trouble. So I went with the same brand again.

This is a very nice looking watch. Sporty but still feminine because of the pink face. I really like the black and stainless look. I was very happy to find this watch because it has multiple alarms. It is hard to find a women's watch with more than 1 alarm. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because it is sometimes hard to see the clear numbers against the white background. Other than that, this is a perfect watch!

This is a great watch. I love all the different things you are able to do. for me the screen isnt hard to see at all. it has a great backlight. I love the fact that you can see what the time is in other countries. this is a very nice looking watch. If you are looking for a sport watch this is a great choice its a strong watch, and is at a great price. I have seen these watches in the shops for about triple the amount. This watch is the perfect size for a ladies wrist, unlike the other baby-g watches this one is a smaller style. I found that most of the other watches were too big for my small wrist, but this one was the perfect size. It is great because it is adjustable by taking out links. I have had many watches but this is by far the nicest and best.

I think that this watch is great! I bought it for work and all my coworkers comment on it. I also use it when I go kayaking and running. Some owners say that it's hard to read but I don't have a problem with it. Definitely recommend!

The Casio Women's Baby-G G-MS Sweet Poison Watch #MSG161C-1V is the second one I've purchased (got a white one as well). I love the size and versitility of it. Only draw back is for those who need high contrast to see the numbers, this is not the watch for you. Time and date are in grey tones rather than the harsher black numbers. On the good side, your friend's will focus on the great styling of this well designed time piece. I must admit - it looks pretty cool!

I purchased this watch because it had multiple alarms and my wife needed to be reminded to take certain medications at certain times of the day. From that viewpoint the watch works as advertised, however the LCD display has a pink background and use's a very light grey color for the lettering and numerals. In anything but bright sunlight, the watch is almost impossible to read. As a result, it sits in my wife's jewelry box because she cant see the numbers to tell what time it is.

I really like the looks of the watch, but the time is a little hard to read at different times of the day.

I REALLY like the style, color and features of this watch a lot but I should have listened to the reviews. It is hard if not down right impossible at times to read the display. It is frustrating and I am kind of sorry I did not send it back.

I bought this watch for my wife's birthday, but she was very disappointed with it. The face is so poorly designed that it is extremely difficult to read the numerals. On Amazon's website, you can't tell there is such a problem. When I took it out of the box, at first I thought the battery was dead because I couldn't see the numerals. It took me several seconds to realize that the battery wasn't dead; I just couldn't read the numerals! How anyone would want this watch is beyond me.

I've got to add to the great review and say this is a great watch. Even after 4 years people still compliment my watch and ask if it's new. Im in the military, so black is as fancy as i can get while in uniform. I like it because its simple and convient. I recommend this watch to anybody!
