I think someone brought up that the pins that attach the links are fragile and can be broken easily. I used a safety pin and some care and removed links easily with the pins still intact.

Overall a nice watch...just a little minor issues I personally have with it. The face itself does not illuminate as with some other GShock and BabyG models--there are small LED lights placed around the rim of the watch that illuminate the face. The black plastic rim can also be scratched (mine has a white scratch on it), so be careful with it. Also the analog hands can block the three LED displays, but that's rather unavoidable and something you should assume when buying the watch.

The watch is little larger than I expected, but it still looks really cute, and I got a small wrist. I love the color combinations.
It's a little heavier for people who are really sporty. I planned to hike with this watch, but after trying it on, I decide to go back to my slim Swatch.
It's really really really easy to adjust the watch band. I used a safety pin, as suggested by another review. NOTHING COMPLICATED.
It's also not that hard to adjust everything else. Just follow the instructions in the manual!

UPDATE:
After using this watch for three months, I found out something not so nice...you can't read the date (digital) when the hands are on top of it as well as the shadows. It's only a tiny drawback, but it can make you very frustrated!
But still, five star. Everything else is excellent.

Okay I've been owning this watch for over one year, and a serious problem appears...The analog and digital reading don't match!!!The analog is always ten-fifteen minutes slower than the digital, while the latter is accurate!!!!You can change the digital and the analog will change accordingly, but still it's ten-fifteen minutes slower!!!This is way too bad for a watch specially when you sometimes can'g read the digital reading because the analog hands are on top of it!!!!!
DON'T BUY THIS WATCH!

I bought this watch last week and absolutely love it! The instruction book was very easy to follow and I had it programmed in less than 10 mins. The watch band was very easy to adjust! I removed the links with just my fingernails and a push pin! This is a very classy looking watch you can wear with even the dressiest attire and yet not look out of place in jeans and a t-shirt either. The functions on the watch are great, perfect blend of sporty and practical! AND you can't beat the Baby-G toughness Casio is known for. I have always owned Baby-G's over the years but as I got older and entered the corporate world, I had to give up my Baby-G's for a more "professional" watch. I was so excited to see this watch as I can now have the Baby-G again and still look professional!

This watch was a birthday present for my wife. She wanted something that she could wear on the beach and not worry about getting wet or scratched by the sand. The Baby-G is perfect for that. Bright and ez to read analog face paired with digital alarm so she knows when to put on more sunscreen. I was expecting it to have a bit more weight, but my wife says it is comfortable and she often forgets she is wearing it. This is a great product if your active and don't want to worry about your watch

this was a gift from my husband for valentines day and i love it! didn't have any trouble adjusting the band nor setting the watch. the face is slightly pearlized pink which i like sooo much,+the black and silver combo is perfect. beautiful! its light and comfortable too! and watch factory (seller) shipping was better than we expected.

This says that the watch is sold by and ships from Amazon.com; however, I received mine from WatchColony. This was a hassle when it came to returning the watch. WatchColony has a website, but they don't answer their email and the only way to contact them was by phone. When I called and explained that I wanted to return the watch, they said I only had 30 days from the purchase date in which to do so. I explained that although the purchase had in fact been made on November 18, I did not receive the watch until Christmas as a gift, so I would have no way of meeting the 30 day policy. In light of that, they allowed me to return the watch after grilling me on its condition, packaging, tags, etc. minus a $7 restocking fee, plus I had to pay for shipping. Further, they said they would only issue a credit to the Amazon.com account that purchased the watch, so I got nothing out of this deal. In hindsight, I probably should have tried to sell the watch on eBay or something.

Wonderful watch! Its sporty yet classy. I love the colors they go with just about anything. Arrived sooner than expected!! The band is too long, but its very easy to adjust, I just used a safety pin and it was pretty easy to do.

This was a great Mother's Day gift from my loved ones. Exceptionally functional to fit my lifestyle - business and play. Removing links to fit was a bit of a challenge but with a push pin and tenacity it can be done. I have received many compliments from co-workers and clients. Dress it up or down, but more importantly the cost doesn't break the bank.

I have wanted a Baby G for as long as I can remember, but as I got older I wanted more of a versatile watch and something I could wear with my business attire. That's when I came across this watch and had to have it. It is perfect and I wear it everyday even with my suits. I love this Baby G. It is durable yet classy looking.

First, I own two other Baby-Gs. One I purchased back in 2003 and another one I got two years ago, the Casio Women's Baby-G G-MS Pink Watch #MSG160D-4V. If you like all metal bands then that's the one. Anyway, I digress, I am very into watches, so it was no surprise I went cruising for a new one and picked this Cool and Tough. I didn't want the white version because I'm in places it could get dirty quick, so I opted for the black and silver. First, this watch is pretty light--it's about the same size as the G-MS pink watch, but much lighter...almost to the point of someone wondering if it will hold up. Also, I'm not a fan of all the colors. It makes it hard to match it with clothes. The Pink G-MS has an all silver band and light pink face (not too pink, just a nice tint). Then the backlight just lights up lavender/pink. So basically two colors. This new Cool and Tough has silver, black, and light pink face, but it doesn't really match with the rest. Then the night light is orange and to me shines to harsh on the digits and dials, so it's much different than the Pink G-MS. Good or bad different? That's up to the rest of the consumers, but for me...it's in the middle. The mixed colors aren't so abstract that it's a fashion faux pas, just a lot different than what I'm used to and I'm not sure the difference is something I can handle. Also, the price is definitely unjustifiable. I would have paid more for all metal, not metal/resin.

The different things it can do is very cool however. I like the fact that it still retains a stopwatch, timer, various cities, etc. like my other Baby-G in a nice way. Setting the time is cool also. You set the digital time and then the hands move automatically to match it.

That all said, I'll consider keeping the watch--like I said before, I wanted a change and I love Baby-Gs.
