This album and this song is very special to because it was one of my daughter, Amanda"s favorites at age 15. She became an angel at 17 ( and probably a Casper)if she had her choice. This song is so special, I do remember her at her happiest and best. I feel a special closeness to her every time I listen to this song;
and have a rare laugh when I think of their antics.

I must say my favorite song on the soundtrack is One Last Wish. The song reminds me of sadness and how it's through the hard times that we get stronger not only emotionally but "spirit"ually too. One of my friend's acquaintances died about a month ago. This song was played at the funeral. The song is beautiful in itself. The piano and the flute make the song enjoyable. I highly recommend you buy this Cd. This song is the reason why I bought this CD. Go out and get it. It is well worth it. =^)

This movie was one I had watched years ago with my son, and I had forgotten how great the music was, until the other day my daughter dug it up and popped the movie in. I felt compelled to review the music, as I found it to be a cd I would like to add to my collection. My favorite songs are Remember Me This Way and One Last Wish. Very moving, emotional music. The rest of the soundtrack is fun to listen to, and goes along well with the movie. I highly recommend to see the movie first, and then consider the soundtrack.

The songs are so great. Every time I hear "Casper's Lullaby", I feel like I'm going to cry! This music is deeply moving. If you're a fan of beautiful music with an edge, this is for you!

My wife loves the music so I was very happy to get it and present it to her as it came in a very timely fashion and in very good shape.

The soundtrack to the 1995 film "Casper" is just as wonderful, tender and hauntingly beautiful as the movie itself. My favourite tracks are: "No Sign Of Ghosts," "Descent Into Lazarus," "Casper's Lullaby," "One Last Wish," "The Uncles' Swing/End Credtis," the haunting, tender, romantic and tear-inducing ballad "Remember Me This Way" and
the upbeat "Casper The Friendly Ghost." I'm not kidding, when I first heard the song "Remember Me This Way," I nearly cried. Not only is the song emotionally moving, but it's also touching on a spiritual level, that you'll be with your loved one in Heaven. Beautiful song. I just love it. Jordan Hill should release another CD. She has such a beautiful voice. James Horner rocks as a composer. This soundtrack is really good. The track "One Last Wish" is also very powerful, melancholy and tender, as it's the crux of the movie. I highly recommend it, and the film itself. Christina Ricci, Bill Pullman, Malachi Pearson, Cathy Moriarty & a surprise actor give very good performances. Excellent film co-produced by Steven Spielberg, the Master Of Fantasy.

this movie was my favorite as a kid. Even when the movie came out I was moved by the music at such a young age. I still listen to it and just remember the good days. I mean, Its James Horner...how can this soundtrack not be anything but amazing???

This is one of my favorite James Horner albums. The beauty of the music exceeds the story itself, adding palpable dimension without becoming saccharin. I can listen to this one for hours.

I listen to the haunting melodies over and over. They are truly beautiful.
