A Favorite,

I have owned this book for many years and have made many of the casseroles. The family knows which ones I made frequently by how the book falls open. The enchilada receipes are particularly good.

Timeless casserole book,

This review is from: Casserole Cook Book (Paperback)
The book was in perfect condition. Has recipes from meat to vegetarian to side dishes. Best part is that many can be prepared ahead of time and then go in the oven. The recipes are clear, say when to stop and put in the refrigerator for later use. It may be an old cookbook, but certainly works in 2009!

We have enjoyed Sunset magazine for many years, particularly the gardening and cooking sections. This collection of recipes is interesting, and a useful choice when planning something suitable for busy times. We have used these recipes for years, and are glad they were collected into a book. Sunset always seemed to publish exotic dish recipes that taste great and are easy to make up.
