Great Casserole Recipes!,

This cookbook is perfect for any casserole lover! The chapters include, "Hearty Meat Casseroles", "Chicken and Seafood Casseroles", "International Favorites", "Side Dishes and Vegetables", "Soup-Er Easy", "Can Do Casseroles", and "Breakfast and Brunch". The recipes not only taste great, but they are easy to make! You'll have a hard time deciding which casserole to make first! I have over 300 cookbooks, and this one is definitely one of my favorites!

Small But Mighty!,

This is one of a series of very fine cookbooks in the "Nitty Gritty" line. They may be familiar to owners of bread machines (I got one included in mine which is how I learned about these fine little books). CASSEROLES is a great addition and can usually produce a suprisingly good meal with suprisingly little work! The recipes are clear, straight-forward, and use things that are usually on hand. And when you get visitors, they will minimize the time in the kitchen while maximizing times with guests. As a result I have had to give away several copies to friends who keep asking "...how did you make that great chicken"? And the easy answer is see page 116!
