Not for adults. Barely for kids.,

Maybe somewhere it said it, and I just missed it - but this book is written (and I use that term loosely) for children. It has more about Dracula movies than it does about Romanian castles. It is very short, not very informative, and probably will serve better as a wedge under an uneven washing machine.

My 9 year old daughter loved this book. It had just enough gruesome information about Vlad the Impaler to capture her imagination. She wanted to read more about vampires after she read this--and anything that makes her want to read more gets 5 stars from me!
