First, I consider these to be an absolute necessity for people who are healing and, even poorly constructed as they are, I'll keep buying them. I've been though four over a period of years and each one lost straps before they should have. I stitch them up and continue to use them. I've also corresponded with the company, but they don't improve. And I keep buying them.

After about two weeks of using this product, both straps broke off the pack. Although replacement is being sent, I believe the product needs improvement.
