Halloween 2011 came around, and of course I had to torture my dogs by dressing them up and parading them around the dog park!

I have two 8 pound dogs so I got one this costume, and the other was the casual canine prison/convict.

They went to the dog show together and were super cute! Unfortunately, this boy does not like having clothes on, so unlike my other dog who was happy as can be dressed up, this one was not very happy! He kept giving that look of "what did I ever do to you?"

After the contest, he ran around the dog park on the beach for a bit, and he had no issues with the costume. It is a little light material, but it still looks brand new. I ran them through the washing machine and you can't tell they were ever worn.

My prisoner dog is 8 pounds with long legs and a deep chest. He fit the small outfit fine. However, the dog in this costume is also 8 pounds but his costume was too small! He has shorter legs and a more round shape (but is still a skinny boy) and it was just barely fitting. If I had more time, I would have gotten the next size up...so be careful when you pick a size!

All in all, very happy with this. The cop/robber thing was cute.

I ordered a costume for my son for Halloween on October 17. The order stated that it would arrive from October 21 to 26. It had not arrived by the 31st. I finally called and they informed me that they did not send out the order because they had run out of the costume. They then told me that Amazon should have notified me of the order not being fulfilled. I received no notification.

Bad service. Never will place an order from them again.

This is a really cute costume. My malteses loves it! (My Lab is going as a Robber). It was surprisingly well made for a dog costume.
