5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Resourse, January 18, 2007
This review is from: Casualties of the German Air Service 1914-1920: As Complete a List Possible Arranged Alphabetically and Chronologically (Hardcover)
This book is an excellent and well organized resourse book. It lives up to all it's claims. It is not for light reading or general interest readers. I have used it in an unsucessful attempt to identify a pilot whose personal calander was recovered by my grandfather Nov 1, 1918. It is also been a help in looking up type of planes and pilots mentioned in the autobiographies of Foch, Bishop, and Rickenbacker. For instance if they mentioned combat on a certain date one can sometimes determine thier opponent.
