We ordered this costume for "Reading across america week" for our childs school. We received this costume and was really excited.. The Quality was more than we expected. Our child was the hit of the school.

I ordered this costume for my almost-four-year-old daughter who is big for her age. It's slightly big on her, but not by much. I am very pleased with the quality, especially for the price. The material appears to be pretty durable and it's thick enough to keep her warm if Halloween is chilly (in fact, she'll be a bit toasty if Halloween is warm). The hat tends to flop over, but that's nothing that can't be corrected with a bit of newspaper stuffing. The costume is a bit tricky to struggle into and definitely requires assistance.

Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. My daughter will enjoy wearing it for Halloween and it should stand up for dress-up play to boot.

Note, the costume does not include the gloves or the tail, despite being pictured.

This is a top notch well made quality costume not cheap looking at all , my grandson love love love's !!!! it and with his mothers artistic make - up was awesome for halloween ! On a scale of 1 - 10 this costume is a 20 !

This costume is made of a thick felt type material and is very warm. Unlike the experience of another reviewer the costume I bought did come with a tail attached, which I was grateful for. I bought this for my 4-year old and it was much too long in the sleeves and legs, but I took it up and it will work very well for him now. The hat that comes with it is also made of thick felt and appears very well made. The bow tie is attached by velcro and can be removed, which is odd to me. I chose to sew it securely to the costume so that it won't come off. The costume does not come with the white gloves that are pictured on this site, but that doesn't bother me. This is a very good quality costume that looks very cute on. In my opionion this would not be godo costume for a very wam climate given how warm it is, but for most people in the U.S. at Halloween that is not an issue.
