Dr. Lowell Ackerman is a board-certified veterinary specialist, international lecturer, and author. He is a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College (Canada) and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology. In addition to his veterinary training, he also holds an MPA from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Veterinary Practice Administration from Purdue University. Dr. Ackerman splits his time between industry, teaching, and consulting.

This book is very well organised into logical sections and is very easy to find the information you need. I have many Feline health books at home and this one covers most of the areas in more detail and gives references for further reading in these areas. It has many colour pictures of illnesses & diseases which are great for identifying symptoms, but you will need a strong stomach with several of the pictures.
