Interesting book, especially for cat lovers and history/religion buffs. It fulfills it's promise with information about ancient Egypt and other cultures and religions. It has stories of mythology and gives an interesting background of the mythology surrounding cats.

It can read a little dry, but if you can handle that you will enjoy this book.
