Love this little lamp! I bought it for my crafting area, and its compact and nice and bright as well. I love the swivel head too so I can adjust which direction the light shines. Buying Partners, LLC (through Amazon) is the company I purchased from and they were quick to ship!

Lamp is nice.Gives excellent lighting for desk work.Buying Partners,LLC was very good in handling a lamp that had problems with the bulb not staying on.The only downsize to owning this lamp is that the 13 Watt bulb can only be purchased at select stores .Seems like discount stores don't carry them.Also,replacement bulbs are expensive( most likely it would be cheaper to just replace the whole lamp than just the bulb).Some reviews on the bulb say that it does not last as long as the 10,000 hours advertised.
Having said all that,go ahead and purchase the lamp.At the price you can't go wrong.Merry Christmas To All !

Pros: Uses just 20 watts (measured with a "Watts Up?"). No wall-wort (as opposed to some LED lamps). Easily adjustable. Base has some desk organizer features.
Cons: Probably not bright enough for a large desk. Takes a couple of seconds to turn on fully. As with all fluorescents, has some mercury in the bulb, so disposal will be more of a concern (but hopefully many years away).
Overall: Perfect for a kid's room with a medium-sized desk.

Multi positions make this light yet strong lamp perfect for any use.

base of lamp not weighted enough to keep it from moving while adjusting. difficult to adjust arm.

I would not recommend this product. When I received it, it turned on just fine the first time. After that, it failed to turn on. It is useless now. Since I only paid $12.00 for it, I am not going to return it because it would cost me that much for shipping. Might as well buy a new one. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought the price was low but so was the quality.

Not living in the states is always a struggle when deciding which electronic appliance to buy. I was disappointed to see this lamp die out. It started smelling real bad before it turned off for good. but in its days of shine it produced a great amount of light with its 12W Bulb. Great for small to medium size desks users who need bright light when doing their work.

These lamps are great. I purchased 4 of them. The bulbs are replaceable with a common bulb found at a local hardware store. Can be adjusted to any position so that the light will not bother your eyes. Unlike others that stop working after a short period of time, this lamp has been working fine since day one. One tiny flaw is that the On/Off switch is a little awkward to use. Best lamps I've had.

This lamp will do nicely in my daughter's apartment at college. The florescent lamp provides good light for her desk without the excessive heat generated by a halogen lamp. The closeout price is an added bonus.

I a paid almost $25 for this lap I think the base is very cheap plastic. I thought it would be more stern and metal base. The light is a nice natural bright light. But that base and the cover for the light is just plain cheap! If I would've known I would've paid no more than $10 for it.
