Product Description

It’s been a tough day in the monkey cage and something in the food tonight wasn’t quite right. In monkey world, there’s only one thing that can be done about it – fling poo! Poo is a fast-paced card game for two to eight players, requiring anywhere from five to fifteen minutes to play. It’s fast and furious – something you can play while waiting in line or on lunch break. Each player takes on the role of a monkey. You fling poo and mess with each other until only one monkey is left standing. That monkey, of course, is the cleanest one. Each turn, every player gets to draw and play a card, usually either to fling poo at another player or to clean himself off. Out of turn, each player gets to play cards to defend himself or foil other players’ poo flinging.

I'm a youth pastor and I have found this game to be one of the best ice breakers for small groups. Nothing gets a Jr. High student loosened up like flinging poo at someone (not literally). In all seriousness, this is a great game if you don't mind a little toilet humorPoo.

How can you not love this game? It's super simple to pick up, hilarious, fun art and I haven't played it once yet where someone said they didn't enjoy playing it. Everyone has had a great time. :)
I just can't believe I didn't find it sooner! :)
The star ratings for education and such are odd (saying I like it or don't doesn't match up to the question). I gave it 4 stars on education because I like it (love this game) but educational? Uh, probably not. ;D But then, are you really buying this game for educational purposes? No. It's silly, great fun. ;D

Poo the card game, is a great introduction into card games and how cards interact while they are being played. It is very simple when it comes to rules and the overall layout of the game. Because of the simplicity it makes it so that you can play it with your kids and enjoy the card game rather than having to take the time to learn how to play it. There is something to be said about a game that you can pick up and learn to play in just minutes. Everything that you need to do is written on the cards. The cards are pretty funny with names like "King Kong Poo" and "Just a Fart", it makes you just smile the entire time while your playing it. It's a family game, so there really isn't any poo, but even your kids can get in the action and make up the jokes. More on the review at [...]

Ok, here's a test for those parents on the fence about buying this game.
(A) Do you have 8-12 year old kid?
(B) Do you need a quick easy to learn game?
(C) Do you still laugh when somebody says Uranus?
(D) All of the above

If you said yes D then buy the game! If you remotely offended by Poo jokes, look elsewhere. The game is simple to pick up and makes a great activity to do together before bed or when you have 15 minutes of downtime between running off to soccer or dance class. The writing and illustrations are fantastic.

I was able to grab this under $15 here on Amazon, just need to be patient.

The lack of Poo to fling is offset by the low price. We use Nestle Chocolate Chips :)

Really fun card game that appeals to kids of all ages. The name is enough to get the kids interested ... away from their electronic mesmerizers. Want to have some fun with the kids? Play this game and have a snack of Rice Krispies Marshmallow treats made with Cocoa Krispies and shaped like, well, you know.

I got this game on the suggestion that it was as fun/similar to Squarrels. I like to play causal games, even if they are marketed for a younger crowd. Sadly, I did not find that Poo scaled up to being fun for two adult players sans children.

I was disappointed because with just two people, it's not very fun. The largest con was that Poo does not come with any tokens to keep track of the pieces of poo. While the lack of tokens might not seem like a big deal, when you are in a hotel playing the game for the first time and have to scrounge forty different little bits of something, you end up not enjoying the game play as much. When at home, you'll have to scrounge up tokens, because there are no poo cards or tokens included in the box.

Again, I only played with myself and one other player. Poo was not as fun as other card games that claim to be good for between two to eight players. Frankly, I enjoyed Squarrels and Loot! better and haven't played Poo again.
