An insightful detailing of political and news items re:9-11,
By A Customer
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
This book contains a dated historical record of events and opinions of a variety of issues surrounding the terrorist attack of Sept 11th. Written largely as a series of short 1-2 page news items (many from Newsmax staff) but with additional sources admixed, I found this 350 page book impossible to put down. It is not merely a detailed indictment of the Clinton administration's impotence in defense/intelligence matters, but covers a range of wider issues and serves as an excellent 'memory jog' for things which we knew 1 year ago but which are already slipping from the public memory. After reading this, a thinking person cannot help but have concern for the shortcomings in the still-weakened CIA and full support for our current efforts in the war on terrorism.

I think Clinton was a lousy President,
By Vinny Lara (Jersey City, NJ) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
As someone who lost loved ones in 911, it makes me sick to think that this could have been prevented IF ONLY Clinton would have acted and been available during his term as Commander and Chief. I am also getting sick and tired of hearing what the Clinto Administration did for the US economy during the 90's. Clinton only rode the momentum created by G. Bush Sr. and the technology boom. Even Gerald Ford or Jimmy Carter would have looked great had they been in office circa 1992-2000.More to the point, look what happened to the American economy starting back in 1999 thanks to the leadership of this President!Like I said, Clinton was a lousy President.

A primer for the Hillary Administration,
By A Customer
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
The reviews I've read about this book here are blinded by ideology. These are the folks looking forward to Hillary running in 2008. How naive can people be??Clinton ran the show for eight years, and he's not responsible anything?? Want to know how 9/11 was actually allowed to happen?? Read pages 129 - 131. I'd read many times, from many different sources and around the time the event was actually occurring, that Mr. and Mrs. President Clinton had turned the FBI into their own politically correct investigative organization - protecting the Clintons and intimidating citizens. Something of which this book reminds the reader. Not a bad strategy really. Then, just take the guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens, turning its citizens into a defenseless electorate and then see how much intimidating will take place. 1933 Germany ring any bells?? In all, a good read, despite the head-in-the-sand denials.

One of several good books about the Clinton travesty,

One might debate what Clinton's biggest sin was while he was president. It wasn't oral sex with Monica Lewinsky. That was minor compared to other things he legislated/endorsed/corrupted or neglected to do while he was in office. But the revelations of his failure to do anything about Bin Laden when it was already known that this man was an avowed enemy of the US, with connections to several terrorist actions (the earlier WTC bombing, the embassy bombings in Africa), may prove to be Clinton's greatest shame.Slick Willy was recorded on tape admitting to letting Bin Laden slip from his grasp when both the Sudanese goverment and the Saudis offered to hand him over. Yet stupid liberal Clinton-worshipers still deny Bill could have done anything about Bin Laden or al Qaida. Instead, Clinton diverted military action to Bosnia, bombing the Serbs and coddling the Muslims, with absolutely no national security benefit for America.

9/11 ATTACKS MADE POSSIBLE BY CLINTON!,
By Luke Murdock (New York, NY) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
Catastrophe should be required reading for all U.S. citizens. This book shows exactly how Clinton's administration led to the lack of security that allowed the terrorists into our country, and for each one to obtain a driver's license, as well as a piloting license. Articles from Newsweek, the Wall Street Journal, and especially NewsMax link in detail the negligence displayed by Clinton throughout his two terms in office. Clinton is responsible for everything from weakening our national security to allowing bin Laden to escape. There is no denying the information in this book, which every American should own.

As usual, the liberals bring forth their own reality,
By John Hemsley "John" (Boca Raton, FL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
I find it very interesting all the bad reviews and not one person has the time or ability to point out with some detail where the book is wrong. The truth is, they can't. The only argument liberals have figured out is how to scream louder and hate the right wing. Perhaps its time the liberals came up with their own ideas on what Clinton did that was so wonderful and amazing. I would especially like to hear all the things Big Billy did to fight terrorism when he himself admitted in more then one interview he wished he did more to fight terrorism during his campaign.
The truly sick thing in all this is that liberals reading this will merely wright off all arguments as worthless without even a meager attempt to see if there is any truth to them. Whoever bangs their fists on the table harder wins! Grow up!

This is a MUST READ BOOK!,
By John Carden (New York, NY) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
This is the kind of stuff the American public will never be told by the liberal media! The fact that Clinton himself admitted that he could have extradited bin Laden from Sudan - but didn't because he felt he wasn't a threat is disgusting! This book shows how Clinton was TOO BUSY with other matters, and yet he claims it wasn't his fault! I would highly recommend this book. Everyone, including Clinton, should read Catastrophe!

CLINTON LET OSAMA BIN LADEN GO FREE!,
By Tyler Bateman (New Orleans, LA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
This book is a must for anyone that wants to know about all the things that Clinton could have done to save our country from these horrible attacks, but didn't. Thousands of US citizens were directly affected, not to mention the millions indirectly affected, by the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The attacks against the US were made possible by Clinton when he ignored information supplied by other governments that stated how Osama bin Laden was gunning for America. It was sickening to read about how Clinton denied the offer from Sudan's government to simply take Osama bin Laden off their hands.

Liberals are ......,
By A Customer
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
For the entire 8 years of the Clinton administration I kept telling friends and family that something was off with the Clinton foreign policy. It was indecisive, weak and more or less consistent with Bill Clinton himself. Clinton and Democrats used the internet and high sector economic boom of the mid 90's to coast along doing nothing and sell the public on what a fantastic job he was doing in the White House. This book exposes the fraud that was/is Bill Clinton. The pretty boy with the salt and pepper hair with absolutely no success as a public servant during his time in Arkansas, dupes the American public with charm and sleeps his way through 8 years of a botched approach to foreign policy. America bought into Slick Willie's phoniness, but the world and the people that don't like America did not. Read this book.

Can we say radical,
By Farmer John (Wichihachi, KY) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Catastrophe: Clinton's Role in America's Worst Disaster (Paperback)
Ok, arguably, Clinton had some role in creating September 11th by not preventing it. However, i feel this book is simply radical conservatism at its worst. It makes me ashamed to say I'm a conservative.
