I bought this CD to use in my 1st/2nd grade classroom. Research has proven that music/movement can help learning. If ever my students are a bit wild or down we spread out and dance to "Catch a Brain Wave." They enjoy the other songs as well. Highly recommend it.

I've used this with my kindergarten class for 2 years now, on rainy day recess. They love it. It's energetic and exciting. Don't tell the kids but it's a great work out. They just think it's fun.

My six year old and I both love this program. The exercises are easy, fun to do and effective. The music is also fun to exercise with. This is a great way to get your heart pumping!
