From the supplier: Travel editors almost always choose destinations rich in culture, history and natural beauty as their features in Sunday travel sections. This was gleaned from a news analysis conducted by public relations firm Porter/Novelli, which studied 1,338 stories published between Jun. 1992 and Jun. 1993 in seven metropolitan newspapers. Items that merited the greatest coverage were those that focus on historical and cultural sites and activities in an area.
