Little-known gem of a book, September 5, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Catching fire (Hardcover)
As southern as grits and beer for breakfast, this entertaining book is filled with odd-ball characters that grab and hold you. Very well written. Wyatt Wyatt uses humor and pathos to explore the human condition and he uses it well. If you can find this book, check it out.

Fun to read, May 25, 2011
This review is from: Catching fire (Hardcover)
Picked this one up at the local used book store. This is just a fun-to-read book. Wyatt Wyatt gives an interesting development to each quirky character in unique and sometimes bizarre situations. Beyond the humor lies a deep reality on human values; how we yearn for perfection, only to discover that perfection isn't all it's cracked up to be.
