This review is from: Catechetical Documents: A Parish Resource (Paperback)
A novel with a twisting plot? No. An adventure with unrecognizeable creatures and wizards and little Hobbits who eat all day and love ale? No. As boring as it might sound, it is exactly as advertised: documents written by the Catholic Church on Catechetics.
Catechetics? Yeah. You know, teaching people their faith? That's it, you got it. Well, that's what is in the book. Are you an RE (Religious Education) teacher and want to know what the Church has to say about it? Get the book and you can peruse at your leisure. Just bored and want to read something different? THEN GET IT! And for those who think it sounds as boring was whale poop? Skip to the computer games...:o) |
