This book is not out of print.
A very nice (and economical) paperback copy of the 3rd edition is still available from the authors at the Centre de Recherches Mathématiques at the Université de Montréal. I wish it were listed here, but it's not; so I mention it. The text itself is useful if you're coming to category theory from a background other than pure math.
