The quality is very good and look great, the only thing that would suggest a negative is that they weigh a bit more than usual.

I own two pairs of these shoes and I wear them all the time. I walk at least two miles a day to and from work and these shoes give me the comfort, support, and style I need. The sole is thick with a tread similar to a Caterpillar tractor tire. And it holds up well. I've worn one pair for 5 months now and have barely worn down the tread.

One caveat, the photo of the green shoe shown here(which I own) appears as if the sole is a greenish color. It's not. It's a beige/whitish color and the leather isn't black but more on the gray side. The CAT Footwear website calls the color "pepper".

I also own the black pair which are really black with a white sole and a bright red stripe. I get tons of compliments on them when I wear them.

Overall a great casul shoe that looks good with jeans or shorts. I will definitely buy more in the future. Perhaps the canvas version for summer.

I liked these shoes so much I'm on my second pair and loving them.
They are well made, long lasting, and easy to slip on and off at the door.
As with any laceless slip on shoe, they will relax, getting a little looser over time.
I really like the solid rubber/plastic bumper that goes all the way around and up the sides, this keeps water and mud off the leather and offers extra protection.

FYI- You may need to order one size down. I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe, but these must run large, as size 8.5 fits me good.

Second pair bought for 19 year old long-boarder who is very tough on footwear. Very rugged, and distinctive-looking. Heavy shoes, so don't buy for basketball or agility sports.

Shipped just in time, product quality is supreme as Caterpillar is use to!
They are slip on shoes, with fake elastics laces, did not notice it at picture but I love them! VERY comfortable.
In the picture it seems to be whiter, in the reality it is not as white as the picture but I am really happy with my purchase.
I am planning to buy another pair of a different color.
