I like this product. It works well, especially because I kept losing taillights as my lock (strapped around my seat post) kept knocking them off. So this works well as it's almost flush with the frame when strapped on. The overall functionality is great and it's nice and bright.
One thing left me VERY frustrated with the light, however, and it almost made me throw it in trash. IT TURNS OFF AFTER 30 SECONDS! But wait ...I went online and found instructions on the manufacturer website to disable this 'feature'. It's also buried in the Amazon description above. ***"TRY ME Note: Product must be taken out of Try Me retail demonstration mode. Press and hold button until rapid flashing is observed (10 or more seconds). This mode is designed to save battery and automatically turns product off after 30 seconds. "*** Perhaps knowing this info before ordering will make your experience more positive, since you won't have to wonder if your light is defective. On one hand, it might have been printed on the cardboard package --but at the same time, why should a tiny device with one huge button require extra reading to learn how to use it? I turned it on, tore it out of the package and figured that was that. I wish they'd had this information loud and clear as I thought I had to get yet another new light ...Good luck and enjoy yours!

In night urban situations, you really want to be seen. I had a bright front light in blink mode and found it a little annoying. Using this kit, I am able to leave that steady with this kit's front and rear lights blinking. I feel really visible from the usual front and back. Unlike other lights, you can really see these from the side, too.
The spoke lights are a little over the top. Steady mode gives you a "Tron" looking bike. As a driver, it's not something you see every day and it will get your attention. I'm playing w/ the spoke lights on a 29" wheel and it seems fine. The next shop visit will tell me if it screws up the true'ing. The newer packaging has each light with a little tag reminding people to take it out of try-it-out mode. Starting with it off, you have to hold the switch for over 10 seconds. If you do that, it will blink quickly and then turn off. I found the switch hard to hold down by hand. Pushing it down table made it really easy.

It's a good product if you would like to be seen at night. With that said, it's easy to put on and install. However, I wish the front light was a bit brighter so that I can see what's ahead of me. I guess I will have to buy another light for that.
