Cateye builds high quality products and this light is such. It is compact light, bright and easy to install. The only drawback is that is does not use a regular AAA battery.

This is a great buy for the money. The rear light mount could be a little better, but this is minor.

Riding a bike can be dangerous and a bike rider must take every effort to make themselves visible under all conditions and times. Having a good and bright tail light is a must to help those other vehicles coming up behind you to be able to see you for safety reasons. The TL-LD270 is a bright red light that attaches to your seat post for easy tool free installation on any bike. It will run for up to 180 hours on two fresh N Batteries.

The light features 3 bright LEDs that will either remain on constantly or flash. The flashing mode extends the battery life by 50% to 100% and I believe that it also is easier to see. The light design allows a clear view from the back but also illuminates such that it is visible from the sides as well.

My wife uses this on her bike and she or I would ever ride without the light running day or night. We just feel safer with the light on. The price is good and the performance is also very good!

I really like this light, It's small but very bright. The only caveat is due to it's small size, it takes N cell batteries. They usually run about $6.00 a pair.

The light is compact and lightweight. It hasn't broken after a fair amount of heavy shock and vibration from aggressive city/downhill riding. Puts out enough light, but isn't extremely bright. I would recommend it to someone looking for a light that is small, durable and unobtrusive. I'm using it on a soft tail XC mountain bike.

Great bike light. Very bright and stylish. Easy to install and the battery life is excellent. The Cateye is kinda pricey, but you pay for what you get. I highly recommend this Cateye product.
