I bought this for my husband for christmas, as he wanted to teach my daughters chess. It is great qualiy. The pieces are a good weight with nice carving. They have felt on the bottom also. The drawer holds all the pieces nicely. The only negative was that the color of the wood was slightly lighter than the picture indicates. Otherwise, a great product.

I love the classy wood look. I would've preferred it to be a little darker, but it's still a nice set. One of the black bishops slightly damaged or unfinished (rough edge). Other than that...speedy delivery, pieces are well weighted, and a very classy look. Very happy!
