I recently rejoined a Bible Study group and this bible has really made it easy for me to read the Bible. The print is bigger than previous bibles I have read before. It is easy to read especially for someone who has not opened the Bible for a long time. I also love the leather cover.

The Bible is easy on the eyes as it has large print. A very good reference section allows easy access to things that may be of interest to the reader. Makes a nice gift for someone who has a well worn bible that may need replacement.

If you are already a reader of this translation then you are looking for a good Leather Bound edition...If you have reached the age where a large print is a good idea...this is the bible for you. I really enjoy this edition of the bible. It is a joy to handle, the print is not giant, but larger than normal. This bible is a little large, but not so much as to become cumbersome. I use other bibles in my studying also, but most often this is my reading bible. The pages are thick enough so you don't see heavy print showing through from the other side while being dark enough to not cause eye strain. Other less desireable bibles sell for much more...this is a good deal.

This is about my 4th or 5th purchase from Amazon and I have been very pleased. This last purchase was a Catholic Bible and it was just what I wanted, when it arrived. I had been looking around, but couldn't find just the right one, but I know when all else fails, Amazon always has what I'm looking for. Keep up the good work, Amazon!
