Catholic Rainbow Study Bible
I have been reading the Rainbow for years now, I just needed a new one. I have found the Rainbow study Bible to be a great help with understanding scriptures. the color coding gives the reader a very vivid understanding of Gods word. This Bible is a must for the serious readers and students. Ron

Catholic approval?
I'm not sure how this can be called a "Catholic" Bible when there is NO "Imprimatur" or "Nihil Obstat".

It's really more of a straight bible than a true study bible. There are a bunch of interesting helps and stuff at the end, but there are no commentaries or notes to speak of from page to page. The coloring is kind of neat. This bible feels good in the hand,is a nice font and size,looks good, and the translation, while somewhat off-putting to me, turns out to be a pretty good translation. This bible is easy to read and get into the word for a while.
