This book blends a joy of cooking and a love for the Church andreligious traditions. The content is well organized into easy to usesections and the recipes are not too complex and use widely availableingredients. The "Holidays and Holy Days" chapter offers aday by day recipe to commemorate the Saint of the day and giveswonderful instructional information on the Saint, traditions and otherinteresting data. Special sections highlight the Christmas and Easterseasons. A great book for any cook interested in blending a love ofcooking and a love of tradition!
