Cato Supreme Court Review: 2001-2002,

This review is from: Cato Supreme Court Review, 2001-2002 (Paperback)
It's an enjoyable read, geared toward the layman-- originalist perspectives on the term's cases as well as precedents the Court cited, or that are in other ways relevant to the issues at hand. It makes Supreme Court cases during the term as simple as they can be without sacrificing accuracy, but no simpler.
