The rules of the relationship between humans and their cats,
By Charles Ashbacher (Marion, Iowa United States) - See all my reviews (TOP 500 REVIEWER) (VINE VOICE) (HALL OF FAME REVIEWER)
This review is from: Cats Rule!: The Rules, Wisdom, and Witticisms That Go Along With Being a Cat (Paperback)
All cat owners will agree that their feline pets think that the world revolves around them. They can come and go as they please and they have no reason to ever "call dibs" on any location before they occupy it. The cat in my house is called "Sassy" and she is playful according to her rules, most of which match those in this book. When she wants attention she wants it now and when she no longer wants it, she will nip your hand to tell you to get lost. The water in her dish is beneath her, there are three higher quality water sources in the house. Of course, humans refer to them as the toilets.Lovable, yet frustrating, cats will always remain the most mysterious of pets. Unless you read this book and know what they really believe is the relationship between humans the domesticated felines. |
