I was skeptical at first, but after a few pages I saw it for the silly fun that it was. If you're extremely uptight and think that you need your Steampunk trim and proper, then you really don't have much of a sense of humor. Feel free to check it out, it's more than a bag of chuckles, and you'll actually be pleasantly surprised at the artwork. Fun, eccentric, witty, and cats with goggles. With all this, who needs internets?

I bought this for me, but my 5 year old stole it and won't put it down. It's cute, quirky, well done and fun to read.

So this may not be the next Hellfire Chronicles, or the sequel to Mr. Salad Monday, but it's a fun little book. The cats are cute, and it's a nice take on a prevalent meme. It's cheap, it's fun, and it's great for a laugh. What else could you ask for?

Saw this and had to pick it up for my nephew. Just as the cover states - "A Cat's Steampunk Alphabet."

The drawings and verse are both simple, with enough rhyme to the latter to stick in a child's memory easily.

If you are smitten by the Steampunk movement and have any small children to foist this book upon, do so!

My nephew and I are obsessed with steampunk as is his wife. When they had a baby this past year, and I saw this pop up on Amazon, I knew they HAD to have this book. While it's printed on very cheap newsprinty kind of paper, and kind of poorly bound - the illustrations are fun. And it's inexpensive. So, all in all, a fun purchase.

Cats find their way into almost every facet of our lives, and the more out there your hobby is, the more likely you are to like them too. So it's great to see a book like this, which blends Steampunk, cats, lovely illustrations, and whimsical verse. It's a must-have for the coffee table.
