Expand kitchen storage with this cottage-styled double door cabinet from Catskill Craftsmen. With its framed wainscot panel doors, simple round knobs, profiled top, and crisp white lacquer finish, the cabinet fits into the décor of many kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and more. The double doors open to reveal a 26-3/4-by-9-1/2-by-29-inch interior with three shelves for storing canned goods, small appliances, or cookbook. For a reduced ecological impact, Catskill Craftsmen constructs its kitchen cabinets out of natural, self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, typically using Northern Yellow birch wood. The warp-resistant wood for the cabinet is dried on the same sight as the cabinet is manufactured and packaged to reduce emissions produced and gas and oil consumption from site-to-site shipping. Using the residual sawdust, shavings, and other debris produced while crafting the cabinet, wood pellets are made to fuel pellet-burning home stoves and fireplaces. Catskill Craftsmen also offers the cabinet in a black finish; matching cabinets and kitchen islands are available for separate purchase. Upon delivery, the cabinet requires home assembly with basic household tools. A limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty covers this item. The assembled cabinet measures 28-1/2 inches wide by 12-1/2 inches deep by 36 inches high and it weighs 45 pounds upon shipping.

The cabinet shipped and arrived pretty quickly. It was not difficult to put together - you probably want to have an electric screwdriver though.
When I first put the very bottom shelf in (made of something cheap like particleboard), I was worried that it seemed too flimsy, and it didn't seem to fit very well at first. However when I put it all together the bottom fit fine, and doesn't seem to be too flimsy after all. The rest was cake. The piece looks nice in my kitchen and doesn't take up too much space, which is great 'cuz my kitchen is pretty tiny. The top is big enough to fit my toaster-oven, and the shelves hold a good amount of stuff. The doors fit on the piece well and open and close with ease. All in all, a good buy!

Very nice and well made cabinet. It was easy to assemble. Even someone who is not mechanically inclined (I was a machinist for 20 years) would be able to easily assemble this piece. It is very sturdy and the finish is done very well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of cabinet.
