The cart took a little doing to assemble. It was not extremely complicated but required a little time and so little head scratching.

I have since given it some abuse and it has stood up!

I did not attach (bolts through the bottom) the butcher block, instead I left it loose so I could remove it to clean it. (It sits on a number of hidden metal posts that keep it in place.) I am a brute to my counter tops and knew I would make a mess.

The wheel locks are nice and work. THe wheels work well even on the crazy tile I have in my kitchen.

The appearance is very nice and the feel of it is sturdy and quality.

I have all the shelf space filled and it is very handy.

I have not put a heavy load on the cart so I can not speak of that.

I would recommend it. I feel it is a well designed cart.

I was for a tv stand for a 13" color tv and a dvd player and this was the cart for me. After I assembled it (the directions could be better written, but I guess most things that you have to assemble yourself have crappy written directions) but I did manage to figure it out without too much problems.

This small cart was exactly what I needed for an appliance station. It is just the right size and was fairly easy to put together. I am a 64 year old female and I had very few problems, even with arthritis. However, when it came to put together the final piece that goes across to give it more strength under the shelf, I found it had already been partly assembled and then apparently dismantled to return. The dowels had been glued in place, the two pieces put together and then broken off leaving parts of the dowels in the bar and some in the side piece. There was no way I could get broken dowels out to replace them, so I finished putting it together without the piece firmly attached. It won't be able to hold as much, but I can still use it. I wasn't about to take it apart to send back as it's previous owner must have done. When my son comes over, I will ask him to put in a reinforcing screw from the outside. It won't look as neat, but it will be sturdier. Other than that it looks great and the pieces easlily fit together. It is well made with a tough washable finish. I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been used and ruined in the way it was.

The cart fits perfectly into a nook in my kitchen island and have already wheeled it out for extra counter space! However, the wood on the top is not what I would consider "butcher block." It is good quality, but I am not confident cutting on it without a cutting board. For the price, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I had a lot of trouble finding a cart the right size for my small kitchen. So, although I chose this one primarily for size and looks, I've been very pleased with how sturdy and well made it is. I thought it went together easily, although it helps to have two people. Mine stays loaded with small appliances and other heavy items with no problems (but I don't really move it around at all). I would buy it again.

A wonderful addition of counter & storage space to my small kitchen. It has uses well beyond a microwave cart. Was easy to assemble, & material is high quality. Top cleans easily & works well for food preparation. Price unbeatable.

I found this item after a lengthy search, both online and in stores. I live in an apartment, and my smallish kitchen is already packed with cookware and the like. I use my convection toaster oven a lot, especially in the summer, so I needed something to put it on. I also wanted storage underneath. This product was fairly priced, easy to assemble (though it's important to follow the directions!), and its compact size and neat appearance are just what I needed.

Item was easily constructed, but it was smaller than the picture appears. I should have paid more attention to the measurements. I wanted to use it for additional shelf space for my crock pots. I am only able to put one crock pot per shelf with the oversize crock pots. It is very sturdy, I just wish the shelves would have been longer to hold more items.

I love this little cart! Super easy to put together and quite sturdy. I do think that for what it is, the price is a little too high, however, I hope to have this for a long time.

The Catskill Craftsman Kitchen Cart is a solid cart for my purposes. I set up a coffee bar with it in a corner of my kitchen. It holds my Keurig machine and some coffee mugs on top as well as the kcups on the second shelf and stores my capppucino machine on the bottom shelf. It was easy to put together and all the parts were there. I keep the wheels locked so I can't attest to its maneuverability, but it's great for what I use it for.
