4.0 out of 5 stars Alaska gal
I have enjoyed other books by this author, this one didn't disappoint. Entertaining, relaxing read. Enough detail to tell a story without over doing it which I think makes for a dull read. Quite enjoyed the book, will buy more from this author.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too bad the story isn't a good as the cover model
RT rated this story by giving it 4 out of 4 1/2 stars. It's been awhile since I tried reading Mz. Crooks, and now I remember why. This author's sentence structure tends to give quick jerks, as if I'm being yanked by a rope. Several things pulled me out of the story. One was the body parts moving on their own or having an emotion. Can cheeks have emotions? Example: `--her cheeks oblivious to their wetness.' Really? Some pretty sloppy writing here. Besides this, the reader's cheated when the posse saves the day, not the hero. Just another typical fluff story with a predictable plot.
