THE CATWOMAN was one of John Leslie's most acclaimed directorial efforts. Even today, the movie retains its erotic heat, thanks to the smolderingly Kathleen Jentry. The movie received raves when it was first released, and it is still an entertaining and stimulating piece of work. Most of the actresses in the film like the late Megan Leigh, Nikki Nights and Laurel Canyon were vastly underrated performers, and their appearance on this DVD give viewers a chance to appreciate their fine work. This movie was followed by a sequel, CURSE OF THE CATWOMAN, which stars Selena Steele and a host of other great porno stars of the past. While the sequel is superior to the original, THE CATWOMAN is worth getting for Ms. Jentry alone, who looks sexy as hell sitting cross-legged on a bar-stool, dressed up in short-shorts, while watching Alexa Parks getting it on with her partner. Again, VCA is to be commended for issuing classics like THE CATWOMAN for a new generation of viewers.
