A compelling whodunit framed by an intriguing scenario -- a rich, powerful man returning to the hometown that ostracized him as a teen. And the sleuth, Tom Hamilton, is such a fascinating character -- haunted by his murky past in Chicago and the mysteries and abuses of his childhood. I'd love to read more about Tom Hamilton. Hope the author's got a sequel planned....
