Caveman in Babyland is fabulously funny, insightful and practical for parents whether you're having your first baby or expecting again! My husband and I appreciate how the book helps readers keep their senses of humor while keeping parenthood in perspective for the sake and sanity of our lives and marriages. We loved it!

This book is truly hilarious! This is a MUST-READ for new mommies, daddies, & those who love them!
My advice? Buy 2 copies...one to keep, and one to give to your girlfriend at her baby shower.
You will NOT be dissapointed!! :)

This book would make a great gift for a new or expecting mom. In fact, I'd put it on my list of "must read" books for all new parents. There are plenty of books out there that focus on pregnancy and babies, but this books helps you understand your relationship with your "caveman" during pregnancy and those stressful first months with a new baby. It is incredibly entertaining and hilarious! I found myself laughing out loud many times. If you are expecting a baby or just had a baby, get this book! And if you know someone who is expecting a baby, give them this book as a gift. I love it!

I sure wish this book was out there when I was pregnant! It really is a good insight into what the husband is thinking (OR NOT). This book goes hand-in-hand with "What To Expect While You're Expecting."
An absolute must read for both Mommies and Daddies.

This book is a fun and enjoyable book to read! It is like sitting down and talking and learning from Kindred.
"Cavemen in Babyland" is great for the mom to read to understand how the dad feels about everyday situations. I highly suggest this book! This is a great baby shower gift!

As a father of two who has traveled through "Babyland" in recent years, I genuinely love and appreciate this book. I can't tell you how many "relationship" and "parenting" books I have started and stalled out on halfway through. Not this book. I finished it in two days and everyone I was around asked me what I was reading because I was so obviously amused as I was reading it. It is well-written and genuinely funny...an enjoyable and entertaining and easy read. For a male reader, the author is like an older brother who has "been-there, done-that" sharing some good real-world brotherly advice over a beer. This is good advice and real stuff. There are many genuinely solid real-world nuggets of wisdom in here that are well worth the price of the book and the time invested in reading it. I am sure that a female reader would appreciate it as well and it would help them figure out where their husbands are coming from in the whole "Babyland" experience. We guys (dads-to-be) don't set out to be insensitive jerks, but we're just wired differently and most of us are fish out of water when it comes to this stuff.

This would be a GREAT book for any newly expecting couple! I wish I had read it eight years ago.
