To be honest, the thing that made me want to try this was the bottle. It has De Cecco "stamped" in the glass on both sides. Simple but very effective.
Those Italians, they never cease to amaze me!
When it comes to the oil: perfect for cooking.
Except for when I do Asian cooking, I always use olive oil. This one is perfect for the job. It has a nice balanced taste giving the food the needed twist without overpowering everything else. And when in need you can of course also use it for salads. It's that good.
Highly recommended!!!!!

Light, flavorful olive oil. The best of any I have ever had and I've tried the gamut of olive oils; from cheap to very expensive. I go out of my way to buy this olive oil.

Being in the Navy, I spent 6 months in Sicily, upon return I brought 8 liters of this back with me in the late 1990s. De Cecco was not offered in the USA then. This oil stands apart from every other oil I've tried. It is superb for Buschetta and any dipping seasonings. Good enough to sip from a spoon. nuff said.

I just received my De Cecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and I must say it was a plesant surprise, as this is the best tasting olive oil I've tried. Very economical for the quality(outstanding!). I will purchase this again!

I used to work for an Italian family; this is the olivo they used. It has
a nutty fruity flavor that enhances whatever you're cooking; I wouldn't use
any other. I used to buy it from a local high end grocery store, but when
they quit stocking it, I bought it online at the same price (free shipping)
and it's worth every penny.
