De Cecco pasta is always the best. These orecchiette are the only ones I use to prepare with rapini. These De Cecco orecchiette keep well the cooking, don't become mushy or sticky as other brands.

Orechette is one of the pastas recommended for a well loved dish. Most Grocery stores in my area no longer carry this. I am so happy I can get a supply thru Amazon.com This is a very good Orecehtte.
