This is the gluten free shopper's bible! It lists thousands of foods by name brand and by major chain name. I have yet to find even one food listed in this book that does contain gluten. It is a simple process - if this book doesn't list a certain brand of a particular food, avoid that brand of food.

I use this book before shopping to make out my shopping list. It eliminates reading dozens of boxes of food to determine if the food contains gluten.

If you are on a gluten free diet, I couldn't recommend any book other than this. There is nothing better.

This is a very helpful book and travels well. I wish I would have ordered sooner! With this book and The CSA Gluten-Free Product Listing, shopping is easier!

A website is provided along with this book to check on product updates and it also indicates that it is updated every spring.

My 3 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac and this book is one of the best items we've purchased to use as a reference. I just ordered a second one to give to my daycare provider and may end up ordering more for relatives. I have used other guides, and this one is BY FAR the easiest to use.
