Cedrinca tirolese Italian hard candy is a traditional 100 percent natural Italian hard candy. For over a century, it has been influenced by a wise and long term choice the use of natural ingredients from selected sources. Italian sugar, piedmont mint, alba hazelnut, fresh yogurt from Centrale del latte in Brescia, and Sicilian citrus aromas. In Cedrincas history, not a single preservative has been used to produce our outstanding line of products. The manufacturing process is based on the respect of the original recipes, allowing the natural ingredients to blend for long resting periods to maximize our flavors.

I love to try foreign candies and this one doesn't disappoint. It brings to mind those strawberry wrapper candies with the gel in the center. I forget the name since I've never seen them in a package. Although they are colorless they are quite flavorful. After a moment you'll reach the sweet jam like center which is just as good as the outer candy. Since I was trying these for the first time I didn't want to go with a 6 pack, but since I like them it's all well and good.

A bit different from the Peruginas, which remain my favorite but these had a really good fruit taste both on the outside and the chewy, jam-filled inside. Good value for money too.
