Para todos los mexicanos es un orgullo contar con un compositor de la clase de Juan Gabriel, sin duda junto con José Alfredo Jimenez, los dos más grandes compositores de nuestra música. Pero aun mejor es el sentimiento y el encanto que pone a sus interpretaciones, no se puede escuchar una de sus canciones sin entrar con el mismo sentimiento que el lo hace. _uno vive su música como la propia vida. Y que mejor manera de celebrar 25 años deleintandonos, que con el Glorioso marco del Palacio de Bellas Artes, que esta mandado hacer para él. JUAN GABRIEL IS THE BEST MEXICAN COMPOSER, AND HIS SINGLES ARE BEAUTIFUL.

"Celebrando 25 Anos de Juan Gabriel . . ." exemplifies Juan Gabriel's outstanding talent. The only thing that's better is his video of the same title. Gabriel is absolutely electric before an audience. His upbeat tunes with snappy background vocals are nothing short of thrilling. The melancholy songs, especially those with Mariachi, are heart-breaking. All of the music is fresh, even "No Tengo Dinero," the song that started him on the road to legendary status 30 years ago. His voice becomes a little hoarse during the last couple numbers making "Te Recuerdo Dulcemente," the closing song, sound delightfully mournful. This live performance is Gabriel's finest work. Ever.

Great music, outstanding lyrics! Would like for somebody to tell me how to obtain lyrics of the songs on this CD. In particular Amor Eterno. If anyone knows how, please share it with me. Thanking you in advance. Happy listening...

This CD is a perfect example of what real music is , the emotions that are heard through the music is wonderful, I thank my mother who I remember when I was younger used to listen to this record and now that I am older I can appreciate it.

If you like latin music, this is a wonderful CD full of energy and fun to listen to, with a good variety of songs. Only one problem, Disc 1 would not play in by Boze system; don't know why, but it plays in my car!

I bought this cd 3 years ago, it got damaged, I was looking everywhere to buy it again. Finally I found out about Amazon.com, I ordered again. My husband and I are in love with this fabulous singer and specially this CD.
We really recomend it.

This is a fabulous collection! A must have for lovers of classic mariachi music and Juan Gabriel. Sound quality is excellent.

As a lifelong Juan Gabriel fan, I found this collection to be a must-have for all hard core JuanGa fans. Amazing orchestrations, great energy, and great selections (including my two all-time favorites, "Asi Fue" and "Costumbres." But has anyone else noticed that Amazon has a picture of VICENTE FERNANDEZ posted instead of Juan Gabriel? Another Mexican musical legend, to be sure, but hardly interchangeable. Jeez.

I do not have to understand spanish to recognize the beauty of Juan Gabiel's voice and the sensational musical arrangements this artist produces. I'm a non-spanish speaking Juan Gabriel fan mainly because of this 2 cd set, and especially because of his arrangement on "Asi Fue", truly one of the most beautiful songs and orchestration I have heard in any culture. I play it several times daily. As for Juan Gabriel--Viva! Viva! Viva! Thanks Juan for your music. Music is truly the universal language and through Juan's songs I have found a renewed love and respect for the mexican people in general. That's the effect this cd has had on me. That is what beautiful music can do. Juan is not just a singer, but an ambassador for his people through his music and God-given talent. Viva Juan Gabriel!
