A must have for any music library. Superb production, clever arrangments and exceptional variety of artists. This CD has been a part of my holiday music library for years...always a favorite!

Most of the songs were to my liking. Overall, a very well thought-out compilation. This disc includes some very nice vocal work and musicianship.

I enjoy listening to this CD more and more each time that I hear it. However, I was surpised at first that the tunes and melodies used in the songs are geared more towards adults than children. This is probably because a few of the songs have large instrumental sections and most of the songs are played and sung to non-traditional tunes. For example, there is a nice Jazz remix of a Channukah song and a great-sounding Ocho Kandelikas sung in Ladino. I would have given this CD five stars if it were not for the Debbie Friedman song at the end of the CD, "Not By Night, Not By Power." It sounds as if it was downloaded from another CD rather than recorded live and this song always sounds best when sung in front of an audience.
