A great book for anyone in any business. I find myself reflecting back to it often to stimulate thinking. It is an after action review of success and failure in past and current businesses. An excellant source for insight into intelligent business thinking.

Made me think outside the box,

Like one of their cartoons, this book made me think outside the box. As I read, I began to see some of the things I've done in the past in a different light. I've recommended it to others I work with because I think we can all learn a lot together if we discuss some of the subjects and take some of the self tests. The cartoons are a nice break and provide an unusal opportunity for business people to laugh at themselves. Overall, I enjoyed it thoroughly but it will mean more if I can discuss it with others
