AS A PROFFESSIONAL COFFEE ROASTER, I FOUND THIS BOOK A BIT NAFF REALLY, MORE FOR THE NOVELTY EXPERIENCE RATHER THAN THE TECHNICAL INFORMATION A PROFFESSIONAL WOULD IDEALLY LIKE TO SEE.
