This is a GREAT book. I have checked it out of the library more than 5 times. I decided it was time to own my own copy.

I will be looking for other books by Karen Goble at the Cake Decorating stores I shop at. Not for advanced cake decorators
Having never heard of the author, I took the risk of ordering this book with the hope of getting some new and clever ideas. Unfortunately, the book is filled with ideas and techniques I have seen in existing books. However, this book is perfect for new cake decorators.
