After one night (maybe 4 hours) of illumination, the brand new battery was all out of juice. Maybe fine for a one-off party decor. But definitely not for say, a wreath on your front door (unless you want to recharge the battery every day and pop it back in every evening).

Don't waste your money on these lites. They went out after a couple of hours- I used new brand name batteries. I bought four sets to use on a couple of very small trees inside the house and only wanted to have them lit for Christmas day and I was very disappointed. I would send them back if I still had the boxes----not worth the price of the shipping anyway.
