My husband wanted this book because he's a big sports fan. The $50 price-tag seemed high until I saw the book and how much research the author poured into it. Now I'm wondering why the book doesn't cost $100 instead!

Anyone you can think of is in this book from politicians, sports figures, actors, actresses, singers, bands, etc. This books is updated for 2007 so it's recommended that you AVOID the cheaper, older books and get this one.

I wish they would have provided a more thorough, detailed synopsis of this book on the Amazon description page otherwise I would have purchased it months ago!

A great tool for fundraising. Our nonprofit group is raising funds to replace the gym/auditorium floor in our community center(destroyed by 2007 flooding). We are using these addresses for donations of money, items to auction, etc.

I enjoy looking through the book and i have written to some of the stars in it and i am waiting to hear back from them

I've been buying this book for years. As stated in other reviews, the books are not as useful as time goes by due to the change in managers, addresses, etc.. However, that is the nature of the business. The book is not going to automatically update itself! What I have learned is that the updated version have the most up to date info on addresses you can find. It is definitely worth the buy. Just make sure you update every year to have the most up to date info. Great book! Keep up the good work!

crap -- tons of letters returned to me for innacurate mailing address and no sales from my mailing campaigns... sorry... look somewhere else for ideas!

Very wide list of active and previously active actors, writers, and producers. I use this in business mostly to know who is representing people and this book is the most thorough starting point I've seen. I'm glad the people listed are still cooperating. Many fans are over extending their welcome asking for free autographs only to sell them on eBay and I fear celebs will grow weary of the intrusion and not be as accessible one day. But for now it's a thorough work of hard to get information.

This is a must have book for anyone that is fundraising. Autograph photos tend to make money. I purchased the book for %10 of the original price and will more than make up for that in profits. It would also be great for all of that collect autographs. Definitely money well spent.

It has the stars labels or old addresses not accurate! about 15% is accurate but you don't get real addressess to stars.
