Captain Tractor's newest CD, Celebrity Traffic Jam, is definitely worth buying. Although it is quite a departure from their older work, it still rocks! A few of the many highlights of this CD are the amazing artwork, humourous comments, and of course the songs, which deal with everything from long-distance relationships to taking chances to bad jobs. The lyrics, as well as the music, are extremely well written and performed. And there's a even a reference to Mabel. You should DEFINITELY know that Captain Tractor have four other CDs which are not listed at Amazon at the moment: Land, East Of Edson, Bought The Farm, and Hat Trick. You should check all of these out, especially East Of Edson, because you haven't lived until you've heard their "The Last Saskatchewan Pirate" ; ).

I absolutly love Captain Tractor, and all their CDs, including the ones not listed here. This band is great mix of all sorts of music. Their songs are all fantastic, and their live concerts (I've been to 3 or 4) are absolutly awsome! This CD, and all the others (Land, Bought the Farm, Hat Trick and East of Edson) are must haves!

This is another great work from one of Canada's unknown treasures! Treat yourself and order any albums of theirs you can find. One of these days they will become known in the USA. Their mix of rock, folk and celtic music is unique and wonderful...give them a try!!!!
